This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for tarot readings purchased from Sharon’s Tarot.
By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.
Digital services
All tarot readings sold on this website are digital services.
They are:

Created individually for each customer

Delivered by email

Not physical products
-
Not automated or instant downloads
Because readings are bespoke and created specifically for you, different rules apply than for physical goods.
Refunds
Due to the personal and digital nature of tarot readings:

Refunds are not available once work on a reading has begun

This applies even if the reading has not yet been delivered
Once work has started, the service is considered in progress and cannot be reversed.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after purchase

Dissatisfaction with interpretation style

Outcomes not aligning with expectations

Failure to provide a valid email address

Failure to read or engage with the delivered reading
Email delivery responsibility
Readings are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to ensure that:

A valid email address is entered

You have access to the inbox provided

Spam or junk folders are checked
Orders placed without a valid email address cannot be refunded, as the reading cannot be delivered.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation only if work on your reading has not yet begun.
If a cancellation request is received before work has started:

A refund may be issued at the reader’s discretion
Once work has begun:

Cancellation is no longer possible
-
No refund will be issued
Turnaround times
Most readings are completed within 48–72 hours.
At busier times, turnaround may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been received, you will be sent a confirmation email.
This confirmation email marks the final opportunity to cancel your order and receive a refund.
After this point:

Work on your reading is considered to have begun

Cancellations are no longer possible

Refunds will not be issued
Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by incorrect or missing contact details are not the responsibility of Sharon’s Tarot.
Clarification and support
If any part of your reading is unclear, you may request clarification.
Clarification:

Explains the interpretation already provided

Does not extend or replace the original reading

Does not introduce new questions or new topics
Clarification is offered to support understanding and does not qualify the order for a refund.
Exceptions
Refunds or partial refunds may be considered only in the unlikely event that:

A reading cannot be delivered due to an error on the reader’s part
Any such decision is made at the sole discretion of Sharon’s Tarot.
